Repurposing Native Heirloom Trees

At Vermont Tree Goods we mill live edge slabs and create custom products from recycled heirloom trees that have reached the end of their growing years. Through this transformation these magnificent beings extend their legacy by living on in your home or business while storing sequestered carbon.

Live Edge Slabs

Our slabs are salvaged Vermont hardwood rescued for their unique grain, live edges, and natural character. Each slab in our inventory is carefully sourced from local trees and reclaimed timbers, then kiln-dried, ready for your next great creation. Our 1,000+ collection of single slabs and full boules offer architects, wood workers, and homeowners to have the creative freedom to build  the exact piece they want with our sustainably sourced Vermont hardwoods.

Tables

Our live edge tables highlight the natural form of the tree, preserving the original contours and grain in every piece. No two are alike. Whether designed for a home dining room, a living space, or a conference setting, each table balances organic beauty with structural integrity. Built from solid slabs and finished by hand, these pieces are meant to anchor a space and stand up to years of use.
